Who counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in to the workspace. Agents use API keys and are not users.
What is a CMS item?
One entry in a collection: a page, a post, a vacancy or a reusable block. Translations of an item don't count separately.
What is a synced record?
One record that arrives from or is sent to a connected service: a form submission, a bank transaction, a job posting. Updates to a record you already have don't count.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time; the difference is prorated by Paddle.
What happens after the trial?
Seven days free, no card needed. After that the workspace is read-only until you choose a plan.
Who bills me?
Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record: it takes the payment, handles tax and sends invoices. See our Terms, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
